Kathmandu, 21 February : The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested a drinking water and sanitation technician with bribe. According to CIAA, Chitra Bahadur KC deployed at Bheri Ganga Municipality in Surkhet was nabbed with Rs 200,000 bribe money from a service seeker.
