Kathmandu, 7 January : Nepali Congress (NC) Mahasamiti Member Lalan Kumar Raya, 58, has passed away as he met with a road accident in Bardibas Municipality-5, Mahottari district today. Critically injured Raya was rushed to Janakpur for the treatment after the incident but was referred to Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar where the doctors pronounced him dead, according to police.
