Kathmandu, February 9: President Ramchandra Paudel is appointed ambassador to Canada and Portugal, respectively.
Bharatraj Poudel has been appointed Ambassador to Canada, and Shanil Nepal has been appointed Ambassador to Portugal.
Both ambassadors had faced the Parliamentary Hearing Committee and were recommended by the cabinet for their appointment as ambassadors.
