
Kathmandu, 26 August: NC leader Sekhar Koirala criticising Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal’s present role, said that the latter is trying to push the nation towards a communal conflict.
Addressing a function organized by the Press Union, Morang Branch in Biratnagar today, Koirala said that PM Dahal had already attempted to invite a communal clash in the country ending social and religious harmony among the people.
Koirala was indicating the tense environment in Dharan and also the PM’s remarks on naming Koshi Province.
Koirala remarked that PM Dahal had said that he would make provinces based on ethnic identity if the nation voted for the Maoist Center and established it as a majority party, which is not justifiable and acceptable.
