Kathmandu, 25 November: Congress leader Chandra Bhandari has won in Gulmi constituency- 1. He won in Gulmi-1 by defeating UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali. Bhandari garnered 33, 744 votes while his closest rival, Gyawali received 32,152 votes. In the previous election, Bhandari was defeated in Gulmi-1 along with Gyawali by about seven thousand votes. Gyawali has accepted defeat through social media.
