Kathmandu, 1 March: The CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that an impeachment motion could be filed against Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota.
Speaking at a press conference organized by the UML on Tuesday to publicize its views on the MCC, Chairman Oli said that Speaker Sapkota should resign and leave without disgrace. He said that the speaker should be truthful. He said, “It does not mean that UML will bring impeachment against the speaker. It may or may not bring it. If he resigns, it’ll be a graceful exit for him.”
