Kathmandu, February 17: A British national died while going to the Sagarmatha (Mt Everest) Base Camp from Lukla. Elizabeth Diyoro, 42, who reached Lukla on February 7, died at a lodge in Gorakchep, Khumbu Pashang Rural Municipality 4.
She was on a trek to the Sagarmatha Base Camp from Lukla and stayed at the Himalayan Lodge in Gorakchep.
The dead body has already been sent to the Teaching Hospital, according to the police.
