Kathmandu, 28 July: UML leader and former chief minister of the Koshi Province, Hikmat Karki has proposed a coalition government in partnership between the UML and Nepali Congress.
Karki said that they are ready to form a coalition government with the Nepali Congress in Koshi Province.
He said that if NC becomes ready to run the government turn by turn between the two parties, the party will offer the chief minister’s post to the Nepali Congress in the first term of the remaining tenure of the Province Council.
