Kathmandu, November 12: Dipak Manange aka Rajeeb Gurung, Gandaki Province Council Member, has been arrested by a Police team from Sitapaila, Kathmandu.
Manange is convicted for a murder attempt case by the Supreme Court with a verdict of a year’s jail term.
