Sparks flew and revealing disclosures from the past surfaced at the Nepal International Center (NIC) symposium entitled “Water Resources of Nepal: Potential and issued “on April 15.
While most of the mini explosions were detonated by Deepak Gyawali while presenting a paper entitled “hydro-power generation with special reference to Arun-III” a cluster of useful if long-forgotten insights on the water resources planning front were provided by Karna Dhoj Adhikari, former chef secretary, HMG, in a presentation entitled “Some past experiences with special focus on Nepal-India partnership.
