Deposed King Gyanendra is currently stationed in Simra, a city near Birgunj in the Middle Tarai of Nepal, after completing a visit to the Western Tarai districts.

Civic receptions were organized in different cities during his visits to the Western Tarai districts. Accordingly, in the Middle Tarai districts, the general public is preparing to organize civic receptions. Very soon, a civic reception is being organized in Birgunj, a business hub and the gateway of trade between Nepal and India.

Meanwhile, former King Gyanendra visited Mushar village in Jitpur Sub Municipality 6 on January 20.

The settlement for 20 Mushar families (those who eat the mouse and are considered to be the deprived community) is constructed by Prabhu Shumsher JB Rana and Raji Rana Welfare Trust. The Trust handed over the 20 settlements to the community in September last year.

Former Queen Komal, daughter Prerana, and other members of the Royal Family accompanied the King during the visit.

King Gyanendra visited the houses constructed in the settlement area and mingled with the residents.

King Gyanendra spent one hour in the settlement area and also drank a cup of tea with the community.

The Musahar community organized a musical program in honor of the King.

On the occasion, a lunch was prepared for the community in the settlement. The King also inspected the cuisine, insisting the community members take lunch.

Accordingly, on January 21, former King Gyanendra visited Hetauda, an old city linked with the capital city of Kathmandu.

The king visited different religious shrines in Hetauda and performed pooja, as well as met his well-wishers and supporters.

According to RPP leader Deepak Bahadur Singh, King Gyanendra performed pooja at the Churiamai Temple in Hetauda; ​​Bhutandevi Temple in Hetauda-10; and also visited Jangchupaling Potla Gumba in Hetauda-13 Padampokhari.

Similarly, the king also met with local industrialists, businessmen, well-wishers, and journalists in Makwanpur in Hetauda.

Wherever the king visited, a large number of the local people greeted the King and also other members of the Royal Family. Unfortunately, the so-called mainstream media, sponsored by foreigners, decided to black out the public events where the King was present.

Former Crown Princess Himani visits Banepa 

Former Crown Princess Himani visited Banepa on Saturday, January 20.

The Crown Princess performed pooja at the Dhaneshwar Mahadev Temple and also visited Adharbhoot School in Banepa.

She distributed educational materials to the students there.

Later, the former Crown Princess also offered pooja at the Chandeshwari Temple.
