
Kathmandu, 7 April: The Nepal Communist Pary (Revolutionary Maoist) led by Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ and the Communist Party of Nepal (Bahumat) led by Dharmendra Bastola have united. Party unity was announced at a press conference in Kathmandu this afternoon.
Speaking at the party unity declaration, leader Baidya said that the scattered communist parties should come to the unity process. “This party unity is the opposition and alternative to the current state system,” he said. Bastola also urged other communist parties to come together. He shared that CPN (Masal) would also join the unity process soon.
