Kathmandu, 9 March: Hearing is being held today in the petition filed in the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Conflict victims Gyanendraraj Aran and Kalyan Budhathoki had filed a writ last Tuesday and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for today.
The petitions had been filed against Dahal and others at the Supreme Court seeking to arrest and punish him for saying that he could take responsibility only for 5,000 Maoist insurgency-era deaths, not 17,000.
