Kathmandu, 22 February: CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli has put forward the names of Madhav Kumar Nepal and Subas Nemwang for the presidential candidate.
On Wednesday morning, in a meeting with the Prime Minister and chairman of the Maoist Center, Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Oli gave the names of two leaders for the presidential candidate.
A source close to Oli said that pointing to the chair of the Unified Samajwadi Party of Nepal, UML has proposed a person who has also been supported by him (Prachanda) and the Nepali Congress.
