Kathmandu, 28 January: Rabi Lamachhane, who tendered his resignation following the SC verdict on Friday, will not get the recognition of a former DPM and home minister.
Lamichhane has become a citizen-less person since he has not obtained Nepali citizenship after he surrendered his US citizenship, the SC has described.
He has to apply for new Nepali citizenship by showing evidence of surrendering American citizenship.
