Kathmandu, 19 November: Leaders and cadres close to the CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) staged a demonstration in front of the Election Commission demanding boycott of the election.
Police have intervened in the demonstration in front of the Election Commission’s central office, Bahadur Bhawan. A group of 15-20 people shouted slogans demanding boycott of the election.
Spokesperson of the Kathmandu Valley Police Office, SP Sitaram Rijal, said that six persons have been arrested in connection with the incident and kept at the Police Office, Durbarmarg.
