Kathmandu, 11 November: The Supreme Court has asked the Election Commission not to implement its decision to punish the group associated with the ‘No Not Again Campaign’ as per cyber law.
The SC gave continuation to its earlier interim decision. The division bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Sushma Lata Mathema continued the interlocutory order the SC had given. A single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Phunyal had issued the interlocutory order on November 6.
