Twelve killed in separate road accidents

Kathmandu, 22 September: As many as twelve people are reported to have been killed in two separate road accidents.

Seven people died in Jurikhet of Bhimfedi Rural Municipality Ward No. 6, Makwanpur this afternoon when a passenger bus carrying 35 passengers met with an accident. Three women, two men and two children are among the dead. Of them, six died on the spot and one on the way to the hospital for treatment, according to reports.

Likewise, five people died on the spot in a road accident involving a passenger bus in Kyangsi Bagar of Bhume rural municipality-3, Rukum East today.
