Nepal -US joint military drill starting today

Kathmandu, 16 August: The 39th edition of the month-long joint exercise called Ex-Balance Nail between the Nepal Army and the US Army is starting today. The joint  exercise will be conducted between the Ranger battalion under the Singh Mahavir Planning and Coordination Division of the Nepal Army and the US Army contingent until September 15, according to the Directorate of Military Public Relations and Information.  A contingent of the US army led by Captain Black Ducatel is in town to take part in the joint drill.
