Kathmandu,3 July : The Nepali Congress (NC) has objected to the abrupt prorogation of the both houses of the Federal Parliament.
The main opposition , issuing a press statement said that it has taken prorogation seriously stating that the parliamentary session was abruptly prorogued without following the established procedure of convening and concluding the session.
“It it unfortunate that the session was ended without reaching a definite conclusion on the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and other important bills,” reads the statement.
