Kathmandu,20 April : The Executive Chairman of Nepal Communist Party has held parleys with all the ministers from the erstwhile CPN (Maoist Center) this afternoon at his Khumaltar residence.
In order to formulate a new strategy after the Cabinet meeting today decided to pass an ordinance allowing splitting of a party with support of 40 members in either the parliamentary party or the central committee.
