Kathmandu, 18 June: Another writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court against the vacancy announced by the Public Service Commission (PSC)
A total of 121 people representing the employees working in temporary and contract basis at local level filed the writ petition on Monday, demanding suspension of the vacancy announcement.
In the petition, they have demanded postponement of the examination as the vacancy was announced by neglecting the contribution of employees working in temporary and contract basis at local levels. They also demanded some reserve seats for internal competition.
A total of four writ petitions have been filed against the vacancy at the Supreme Court till Monday.
