Pakistan provides 100 tonnes of relief materials

Kathmandu, September 7: Pakistan has sent around 100 tonnes of relief materials to Nepal for flood-affected people.

The relief materials sent from Pakistan include tents, blankets, mats, sanitation supplies, medicines and other essential items. The relief supplies arrived in Kathmandu on Monday.

Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Mahabir Pun received the relief materials in Kathmandu from Pakistan’s Ambassador to Nepal, Aamir Khan.

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said through social media that it had sent relief assistance for people affected by the floods in Nepal. Pakistan said the assistance reaffirmed its solidarity with the flood-affected Nepali people.

Pakistan has provided the assistance to Nepal during this difficult time of disaster.
