Kathmandu, August 31: Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has provided financial assistance of Rs. 50.1 million to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund for the search, rescue, relief and rehabilitation of citizens affected by the devastating floods.
The bank said the assistance was provided in view of the humanitarian and physical damage caused by the natural disaster in districts including Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Gorkha, Tanahun and Chitwan, which has also disrupted the daily lives of citizens. The bank also paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the floods and expressed its deep condolences to the bereaved families.
