Kathmandu, July 29: A mother and son died in a school bus accident in Pokhara on Monday morning. The school office assistant, 33-year-old Aarti Bika and her son Prince Bika, who were injured in the accident, died, District Police Office Kaski said. On Monday morning, a bus of the Devkota Memorial English Boarding School met an accident.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Mohan Kumar Thapa, 33-year-old Aarti Bika, a helper of LP Devkota Memorial School, and her son Prince Bika died in the accident. The bus carrying students of the said school fell from Pokhara-17, Fusrekholanir Road at 9 am.
Other injured students are undergoing treatment in hospitals.
