RPP suspects the possibility of mid-term polls

Kathmandu, May 27: Rajendra Lingden, chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has suspected the possibility of mid-term polls and asked its cadres to prepare for the election. 

Making public the RPP’s central committee decisions today, Lingden said that the party will intensify a geography-based movement and those leaders and party workers reluctant to participate in the movement will be terminated from their posts. 

Lingden made clear that the government didn’t respond the 40-point memorandum submitted to the government, therefore, the party will be intensifying its agitation. 

Lingden also said that the government is seen as incapable of addressing the cooperative fraud case, thus, it has demanded to constitution of a parliamentary probe committee.

The party has also condemned the government’s decision to run the House meetings amidst the protest from the opposition parties.
