Katmandu, May 13: The government has prepared to present the policy and programs for the next financial year from Sheetal Niwas if the Nepali Congress obstructs parliament.
The government has prepared to introduce the policy and programs on Tuesday, May 14. NC, the main opposition party in the House of Representatives, is protesting by demanding the formation of a parliamentary inquiry committee in the cooperative fraud case.
After the NC meeting held on Monday concluded that the obstruction of the Parliament will be maintained until the investigation committee is formed, the government has sought an alternative way to present the policy and programs.
It is a tradition that President Ramchandra Paudel himself attends and announces the policies and programs of the government. Highly placed sources have said that the government is preparing to announce policy and programs from Sheetal Niwas with the understanding that the NC will continue the protest.
