Kathmandu, May 10: The budget session also known to be the rainy season of the House of Representatives is going to start today at 2 pm.
Today’s meeting is scheduled to be addressed by chiefs of the political parties, including Rabi Lamichhane.
When Lamichhane, DPM and Home Minister, attempted to address the previous winter session, the NC had abstracted the House, and finally, the government decided to end the ongoing session.
This time also, the NC is planning to abstract the House until the formation of a parliamentary probe committee.
However, Lamichhane is demanding to allow him to address and put his clarification.
This session is important as the government will present its policy and program and also the budget for the new fiscal year.
