Kathmandu, April 29: Nepali Congress senior leader Dr. Sekhar Koirala, addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of the administrative building of Budhiganga Rural Municipality in Morang on Sunday, Koirala said the Nepali Congress and UML should move ahead together on the agenda of reforming the electoral system and economic development, good governance and political stability.
He opined that infrastructural development, prosperity, economic development and good governance could not be achieved without political stability.
Dr. Koirala said there was no alternative but to move ahead together for political stability.
