Kathmandu, March 31: The cabinet meeting on Thursday decided to appoint Prof. Dr. Surya Bahadur Thapa as the chief advisor of Finance Minister Barshaman Pun. He is a Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Education, Tribhuvan University.
