NC says PM Dahal performed political dishonesty

Kathmandu, March 7: The Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party meeting has decided to withdraw the support given to the government. The support given to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal was withdrawn at a meeting held at Singh Darbar on Thursday morning.

Chief whip of the party, Ramesh Lekhak, said that it was decided to withdraw the support because of Dahal’s dishonesty. He said that the NC had formed an alliance with the Maoists for sustainable peace, good governance, prosperity and stability in the country, but Dahal performed dishonesty against the NC.

He accused Dahal of breaking the alliance with the Congress and leading the country to instability, confusion, and uncertainty. Earlier, the central working meeting of the Congress had decided to withdraw its support.
