Kathmandu, February 26: Those who have taken loans from microfinance and local landlords have entered the parliament building premises. When the parliament meeting was going on in the federal parliament building in Nyanbaneshwar, the microfinance borrowers and victims of loan sharks reached the premises to laud their slogans.
The government has designated the area around the Federal Parliament as a restricted zone and prohibited the demonstration. Also, they are not allowed to enter the Federal Parliament without an entry pass. The debtors, who were in trouble for not being able to pay their loans, came to protest on foot in Kathmandu and entered the parliament building on Monday.
It became difficult for the security to bring them out of the Parliament premises.
