Kathmandu, February 35: The Socialist Front of the ruling party has invited UML to join the Front.
After Netra Bikram Chand became the coordinator of the Front, he wrote a letter to UML about joining the Front.
This is an indication that the Front was dominated by the Maoist Center and Unified Socialist Party becoming soft towards the UML, an arch-rival for the two parties.
Since the Mahasamiti meeting of the Nepali Congress, the Maoist Center has become suspicious of the NC, the main partner in the coalition government.
Meanwhile, Chand and some other leaders are involved in the normalization of the relations between the Maoist Center and UML.
