Kathmandu, February 25: President Ramchandra Paudel, who is known to be a leader involved in sycophancy, has given an order to Minister for Women, Children, and Senior Citizens, Surendraraj Sharma, to assign his nephew Anilraj Paudel to the post of Vice Chairman of the Social Welfare Council.
President Paudel, who is the ceremonial head of the nation, has asked the Minister to assign his nephew to the said post.
Minister Acharya is also the nephew of President Paudel.
Although Minister Acharya also approved President Paudel’s recommendation, the secretary in the Ministry, Sumanraj Aryal, has not moved forward the President’s recommendation.
The tenure of the Vice Chairman of the Council will be for four years and he will receive services and facilities equivalent to a government secretary.
