Kathmandu, February 24: Nepali Congress leader Shashank Koirala hosted a tea reception in Kathmandu, inviting the Mahasamiti representatives, who are in Kathmandu.
The NC Mahasamiti meeting started on February 19 and ended on February 22.
The tea reception this morning at a party banquet was also attended by party president Sher Bahadur Deuba.
In the presence of Deuba, leader Koirala said that the NC can become a strong party if it remains united and President Deuba can lead the party unitedly.
Koirala gave the gesture that he doesn’t belong to the anti-establishment camp and also he could be the candidate for the post of NC president in the next election from Deuba’s camp.
