Kathmandu, 17 April: There was a clash between the police and loan shark victims in Shantiwatika, Kathmandu. In the clash, some victims were injured and some have been detained by the police.
The victims, who were protesting by sitting in Shantiwatika, had prepared to demonstrate around the Singha Darbar on Monday. Therefore, the police had guarded the gate of Shantiwatika since morning. In the afternoon, the clash broke out when the police stopped the protesters from going out with a banner to protest.
