Kathmandu, 16 April: Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal appointed NP Saud as the Foreign Minister today.
The newly appointed minister took the oath of office from President Ramchandra Paudel amidst a ceremony at the Sittal Niwas today.
Saud is the NC leader in the Deuba camp of the Nepali Congress.
Accordingly, Nanda Chapagain, an Upper House member from the Unified Socialist Party, has been appointed state minister for Physical Infrastructure. She also took the oath of office today.
