Kathmandu, 31 March: Prime Minister Pushpakamal Dahal is giving the final touch to his cabinet. He is planning to the expansion of the cabinet today and administer the oath of office for the new ministers by the President at 3 pm today.
PM Dahal has asked the political parties in the ruling alliance to give names for including them in the cabinet by 1 pm today.
The Nepali Congress is to get eight ministries including defence and finance. The Maoist Center is going to hold five ministries including home and communications. Unified Socialist Party and Janata Samajwadi Party are getting two ministries each. Accordingly, Janamat Party, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Nepal Samajwadi Party led by Baburam Bhattarai, and Aaam Janata Party led by Prabhu Shah are getting one ministry each.
