Kathmandu, 16 March: Nepali Congress (NC) has stated that it will join the government only after Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal gets vote of trust at the House of Representatives.
Prime Minister Dahal is constitutionally required to garner vote of trust again after CPN-UML and RPP quit the government following the decision of NC, CPN (Maoist Center), Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) and CPN (Unified Socialist) to revive the pre-election coalition.
According to a CPN (Maoist Center) leader, Dahal is planning to seek vote of trust on March 20. However, the Parliament Secretariat has not announced the dates for floor test.
