Kathmandu,12 March: The Election Office has decided that the candidacy of Ramsahay Prasad Yadav for the post of vice president will not be cancelled.
Assistant Election Officer Amritakumari Sharma informed it.
CPN-UML candidate Ashtalakshmi Shakya and Janamat Party candidate Mamta Jha had filed a complaint at the Election Office demanding the cancellation of Yadav’s candidature. Candidate Yadav today demanded that the complaint be dismissed saying that his candidature is legal.
