Kathmandu, 9 March: The writ petition registered against Chairman of the Maoist Center and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in connection with the events during the conflict-era has been prorogued in the Supreme Court (SC).
Earlier, the case was listed as the fourth to be heard by the single bench of SC Justice Bishwambhar Shrestha. Justice Shrestha was hearing the case in the joint bench and the single bench could not sit. There was a joint bench of Justice Shrestha and Anil Kumar Sinha.
