
Kathmandu, 9 March: Voting to elect the new president of the country is starting at 10 am this morning. After the establishment of the republic in the country, the third president is being elected today
“Voting will be held from 10 am to 3 pm. As soon as the voting is completed, the counting will start and we expect to announce the result by 7 pm today,” said an official at the Election Commission.
One among former Speakers Ram Chandra Poudel and Subas Chandra Nembang will become the third President of Nepal.
The lawmakers from all provinces have already arrived in Kathmandu to cast their votes.
