
Kathmandu, 3 March: Major General Prem Prakash Shahi of the Nepali Army has been sacked as he was found guilty of financial irregularities. After it was confirmed that Shahi had committed financial irregularities, the military court ordered him to sack from service with effect from Thursday, according to Krishna Bhandari, spokesperson of the Nepali Army. The military court had conducted an investigation for two months keeping him behind the bars.
