First ‘Chief’s Conclave’ of Army Generals of Nepal and India concludes

Nepali Army has hosted the first Chief’s Conclave in the presence of former Indian Army Chiefs and Nepali Army Chiefs at the Army Headquarters, Bhadrakali.

The conclave, the first of its kind, was held coinciding with the 260th establishment day of the Nepali Army and Maha Shivaratri.

The conclave was held in the presence of serving Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhu Ram Sharma on Sunday.

According to the Directorate of Public Relations and Information of the Army Headquarters, various issues of mutual interest were discussed among the participants in the conclave.

Former Indian Army Chiefs Manoj Mukund Naravane, Dalvir Singh Suhag, Dipak Kapoor, Joginder Jaswant Singh (JS) and Vishwa Nath Sharma were in Nepal to participate in the Army Day and the conclave.

The visiting generals also reached Muktinath.

They returned to India on Monday.
