Dahal appoints Rupak Sapkota his foreign affairs adviser

Kathmandu, 21 February: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has appointed  Rupak Sapkota as his foreign affairs advisor. A  Cabinet meeting on Thursday appointed Sapkota to the post. Sapkota holds a degree in international relations from China.

Sapkota was previously the Deputy Executive Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs. He is  the son of Agniprasad Sapkota, Vice Chairman of Maoist Center and former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
