Govt extends three-month term of three ambassadors

Kathmandu, 20 February: The government has extended the term of three ambassadors for three months. The term of two permanent representatives to the  United Nations (UN) in New York and Geneva and the ambassador to France, have been extended by three months.

A  Cabinet meeting on Thursday decided to extend the term of Permanent Mission New York Ambassador Amrit Kumar Rai, Permanent Mission Geneva Maniprasad Bhattarai and Nepali Ambassador to France Deepak Adhikari by three months, according to reports.
