Kathmandu, 17 February: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a corruption case against the then customs officer Dan Bahadur KC of Rasuwa Customs Office.
The CIAA filed a corruption case at the Special Court after finding undisclosed income of over Rs. 20 million. It has claimed that KC amassed the wealth through corruption taking advantage of his position.
