Kathmandu, 16 February: Nepali Congress leader and lawmaker, Chandra Kanta Bhandari, who was injured in a cooking gas cylinder explosion last night, has been flown to Mumbai-based National Skin Burn Centre on a Shree Airlines air ambulance for further treatment.

Narvic International Hospital’s ‘Medical Air Evacuation’ team is involved to take Bhandari to Mumbai. Intensive care specialist Dr. Pradeep Tiwari -led team will monitor Bhandari throughout the India journey.
