Kathmandu, 12 February: The government has announced a national holiday on Monday, 13 February, recalling the start of the Maoist “people’s war”.
Above 17 thousand innocent people were killed in the 10-year-long “people’s war”.
All government offices and financial institutions including commercial banks will remain closed on Monday.
