Kathmandu, 11 February: The Nepal Medical Association has announced a halt on medical services nationwide, except for emergency services. 

Protesting against manhandling of a medical doctor on Friday by police personnel on duty at a time of President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s travel in the street, the Association has decided to halt all kinds of medical services except operating emergency services.
